We make use of a Fastway couriers services to do the deliveries nation wide. The charge is set by the courier company and added to your purchase. Should your delivery address be located in a rural area, please contact us to check if we can
post your parcel to the nearest post office. This may incur an additional surcharge.
We deliver to all physical addresses located in major cities within South Africa and internationally. Should your delivery address be located in a rural area, please contact us to check if we can post your parcel to the nearest post office.
Once you have checked out & completed your online payment on our website, our dispatch team will need to prepare goods for you. We will issue you with a parcel tracking number as soon as your goods have been dispatched. You will then be able to track the status of your
parcel. Depending on where your order is going, deliveries will take between 3 – 5 working days. Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will only be delivered the next week as Fastway couriers do not deliver on weekends.
Our courier will attempt to deliver again and thereafter make contact with you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
Our deliveries are made via FastWay Courier Services from 09h00 to 17h00, Monday to Friday.
If you realize that the package is damaged before accepting the delivery, please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform us.
If you have accepted the delivery, and then realize that the package is damaged, please follow our return and exchange policy.
You can change your delivery/shipping address only if your order has not already been dispatched.
Please contact us at customer care to advise us about such exceptions, we shall try our best to accommodate your instructions.
